EN65 MELT BLOWN FILTER CARTRIDGE
Precision melt blown polypropylene depth filter cartridges are manufactured to give a considerable dirt holding capacity coupled with high flow rates and low pressure drop. The manufacturing process thermally bonds pure polypropylene microfibers. Lower density fibres are at the surface and subsequently higher density fibres toward the centre allowing particles to be trapped evenly throughout the cross section of the filter.
Centurion Fluid Filtration Hi Flow series filter cartridges are manufactured using the latest in CNC technology and high quality media and materials, resulting in a high efficiency filter element that is suited for a wide range of applications. Thermal weld technologies seal the core, media, cage and cap assembly eliminating the need for hot melts, adhesives and any other materials, thus minimising extractables and optimising cartridge integrity. Absolute filter elements are available in ratings of 0.5 to 50 microns with a Beta ratio of 5000.
