Bespoke Filtration Support Signed, Sealed and Delivered by Osprey3

Location: North Sea

Scope: The customer encountered challenges stemming from the material composition of one of their filters, causing it to deform and collapse. This resulted in costly downtime and delays in operation.

Outcome: Osprey3 worked alongside the customer to identify the cause of the issue, and proposed an innovative use of stainless steel, nylon and high temperature adhesive to reinforce the stability of the filter and prevent any potential damage. The newly-designed filter is functioning above and beyond customer expectations in supporting their operations with efficiency and efficacy, and is now being used on two North Sea platforms in offshore Netherlands.
